Enabling Future-ready Talent Development

Learning is at a critical inflection point, where transformative change is needed to stay ahead of the evolving business and talent development landscape.  New business priorities and the rapid, high-impact emergence of AI are redefining what the work is, how it is done, and what the workforce needs to know and be able to do.  AI is also fundamentally changing how learning is designed, curated, delivered, experienced, and measured.  Organizations that rethink learning today will better build the workforce capabilities needed to compete tomorrow.  They must reinvent talent development (TD) to be more personalized, on-demand, integrated into the work, and AI-driven – adapting, innovating, and maturing at a pace, scale, and scope beyond what most have previously achieved.  Leveraging my unique blend of experience, expertise, and thought leadership, I partner with organizations to guide them on how to move from intention to execution and to transform and advance TD to drive growth, performance, and business impact.

Your Talent Development Strategist, Architect, or Fractional Leader

I advise organizations across the spectrum of TD maturity on how to be a more business-aligned, agile, and AI-ready TD enterprise - rearchitecting, innovating, and optimizing TD to better build business-defined capabilities that improve performance faster, more efficiently, and at scale. I serve in three distinct roles tailored to your organization's needs to accelerate progress and deliver measurable value and impact, offering a holistic, informed perspective on where the TD enterprise is, where it needs to go, and how it should get there.

Talent Development Strategist

Provide guidance to assess TD maturity, define the future state, determine transformation needs, opportunities, priorities, and investments, and build a comprehensive transformation plan.

Talent Development Architect

Design and implement TD journeys, programs, experiences, and solutions, infrastructure components, or transformation initiatives to realize the future vision for TD.

Talent Development Fractional Leader

Provide interim TD leadership – ensuring business alignment, strategy execution, portfolio management, transformation oversight – and/or onboard and coach a new TD leader.

I offer a spectrum of services that include diagnostic assessment, strategy development, transformation planning, and solution development to position TD to achieve business objectives, performance objectives, and required capabilities and to equip and empower the workforce to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing and AI-driven work environment.

Elevating Talent Development to Achieve Business and Talent Outcomes

I evolve the TD enterprise by optimizing the TD infrastructure, enhancing the learner experience, and strengthening the learning culture, with an accomplished track record of achieving:

  • A TD-driven growth and performance mindset with shared accountability between TD and the business
  • Systemic AI-readiness and AI solutions that drive innovation, efficiency, optimization, and automation
  • Developmentally focused performance management
  • Hyper-personalized and adaptive learning at scale
  • On-demand and point-of-need learning that is further integrated with the work
  • The cultivation of uniquely human capabilities that are critical for augmenting AI-orchestration capabilities
  • Increased workforce retention, engagement, agility, growth, and performance
  • Outcome-based planning, design, measurement, and continuous improvement that drives learning effectiveness and business value and impact
